Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane material

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) has extremely strong chemical stability and surface properties that do not adhere to any substances. Kamper PTFE flat film can withstand strong acids, alkalis, and oxidants for better cleaning effect and stronger anti pollution ability.

Permanent hydrophilicity

Kanpur flat membrane components use proprietary technology to achieve permanent hydrophilicity of PTFE membranes. Pure water flux greater than 1000L/m ² · hr, at 1 mH2O.

Gravity filtration membrane

Kanpur PTFE membrane is manufactured using biaxial stretching process, with a porosity of over 80% and extremely low filtration resistance. The transmembrane pressure difference under general flux is less than 0.5mH2O, which makes gravity filtration (pumpless filtration) possible.

Open box structure

The Kanpur box type flat membrane module adopts a structure with open upper and lower ends, which can effectively avoid entanglement and blockage of hair and paper scraps in sewage, as well as sludge deposition.

High filling density
