    Product Introduction

     

    Kamper internal pressure ultrafiltration membrane has the characteristics of strong pollution resistance, high membrane fiber strength, and high filtration accuracy. Kamper internal pressure ultrafiltration membrane can effectively reduce the turbidity of raw water, remove suspended solids, colloids, microorganisms and other substances in water, and has strong adaptability to changes in raw water quality.     Product Features

     

    Permanent hydrophilicity

    Kampel internal pressure ultrafiltration membrane is made of modified polysulfone (mPS) material crosslinked with hydrophilic components. The deepening and fixation of hydrophilic groups permanently retain the hydrophilicity of membrane fibers, resulting in more stable water production flux and significantly improved membrane fouling resistance and cleaning recovery.

     

    Molecular weight cutoff of 45000 daltons

    Kamper internal pressure ultrafiltration membrane has a lower molecular weight cut-off and higher filtration accuracy compared to similar products, which can effectively ensure the quality of ultrafiltration produced water.

     

    Unique membrane fiber cross-sectional structure

    The two sides of the cross-section of the Kanpur internal pressure ultrafiltration membrane are dense sponge like structures, and the middle is a finger like structure with low resistance, which ensures the strength of the membrane fibers and has high water permeability.

     

    High intensity and high flux

    The average breaking tensile strength of Kamper internal pressure ultrafiltration membrane fibers is 6N, with a standard water production flux of 450L/m ² • h • bar and at 25 ℃.

     

    Thicker inner diameter of membrane fibers

    The commonly used inner diameter of membrane fibers in Kamper internal pressure ultrafiltration membranes is 1.0mm, and the cross-sectional area of the inlet channel is 1.56 times that of the usual 0.8mm inner diameter, greatly improving the anti fouling and anti clogging ability of the membrane components.

     

    Bundle integrated distribution
