DINUOE-982 Anti corrosion Coating

1、 Product performance:

Water based, environmentally friendly, extremely low VOC, good corrosion resistance, good penetration, low odor, almost non stick film.

DINUOE-982 is a semi transparent water-based liquid corrosion-resistant coating that provides surface protection for cavity areas of cars, trucks, tour buses, and other objects or rust inhibitor areas. This product is water repellent and has excellent permeability. After drying, there is still a wax coating left, which has good heat resistance at a temperature of about+120 ° C and is almost non stick to the hands. When the dry 977 is heated under sunlight or engine heating, there is no typical odor of traditional cavity wax.

2、 Application scope:

DINUOE-982 is used as a corrosion-resistant coating to protect cavity areas such as doors, valve covers, crossbeams, reinforcements, etc. in cars, trucks, and tourist vehicles, or as a universal preservative for products such as machines, machine parts, and other tools. This product is also an excellent universal corrosion-resistant product in the automotive industry, bus and coach construction, trailer construction, garages, workshops, body repair shops, metal industry, and shipbuilding.

5. Cleaning: water (fresh water), mechanical, solvent (solidified)

7. Solid content (DIN 53216): (3 hours at 120 ° C) 42% viscosity (20 ° C) (Brookfield RVT, Volume 2, V=100): 300 millipascals

8. High temperature resistance (curing): -30 ° C to+120 ° C, resistance (20 ° C), curing: water, salt spray, oil, soft alkali, and acid

9. Usage: ± 0.05 kg/m2 (50 µ m wet layer)

10. Dry contact (20 ° C, 65% RH): 1-2 hours under 100 µ m wet film

11. Completely dry (20 ° C, 65% RH): 6-12 hours

12. Salt spray test (DIN 50021):>1000 hours, Ri0 at 50 μ m dry layer

13. Bending test (DIN 53152,+70 ° C): No cracks, no loss of adhesion
