Acceptance and delivery of two iron phosphate wastewater treatment projects in Hanqi Environment

In the iron phosphate wastewater treatment renovation project of Chuanheng Corporation, Hanqi Environment adopts multi effect collaborative weight removal and resource utilization technology to effectively remove heavy metal ions such as iron, manganese, magnesium, as well as pollutants such as sulfate ions and suspended solids. The project adopts an integrated sewage treatment facility, which not only saves land area, shortens the project duration, ensures the production and operation of the main equipment, but also effectively improves the efficiency of wastewater treatment, maximizes the utilization of resources, and enhances the environmental competitiveness and sustainable development of Chuanheng Group in the field of new energy materials.

In the phosphate iron wastewater treatment project of Guangxi Times New Energy Company, a subsidiary of Huayou Cobalt, Hanqi Environment was responsible for the design and supply of the technology package for weight removal and resource utilization on the mother liquor and washing water lines. Faced with dozens of pollutant factors contained in wastewater, this technology demonstrates efficient removal efficiency, reducing iron ion concentration to 1mg/L and achieving a removal efficiency of up to 98%, providing solid environmental support for the large-scale lithium battery new energy material project of Guangxi Times New Energy.
